Terms of Use – Foreword

Just so you know, by continuing to use our website or by downloading our mobile application(s) (App), you will agree to the terms set out below (Website & App Terms), as well as our Privacy Notice. You should read these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t wish to be bounded by all of these, please do not use our website or download the App. Pluto's services are for Indonesian residents only. The services might include – but not limited to users engaging with other third parties. By using and accessing Pluto services, you agree to these terms. To use Pluto’s services, you may need to provide personal information on your Pluto account. (For more information, see our Privacy Policy)

ii. Pluto Services to Users
When you agree and comply with Pluto Services, you agree to allow us to collect; aggregate; analyze; organize your information and survey answers; also, other required information. Pluto may send you an email as part of providing our services. These messages may relate but are not limited to, newsletters, new services, and features, general notifications, and offers. You can opt-out of such email communications or adjust your email preferences in your account settings.

We will also communicate with you regarding the necessary information, such as security, privacy, and administrative issues. We will send you the required messages to your registered email and/or your registered mobile phone number.

    1. Registration and Account Security
  • In order to use Pluto’s services, you must (i) be at least 18 years of age by the time you are signing up; (ii) have not previously been suspended or removed from Pluto app; (iii) register for and use Pluto in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    a. Account Registration
  • In order to access Pluto’s awesome features and services, you are required to register for an account. When you register for an account, we may ask you to share and submit personal information about yourself, including but not limited to you email address, phone number, and other contact information, personal ID, verification photos, and to create password.

    By registering and maintaining a Pluto Account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You also agree to comply and not to impersonate anyone, misrepresent any relationship and affiliation with anyone, use false and misleading information, or also conceal your true identity from Pluto for any purpose.

  • b. You Are Responsible for Your Personal Account

    You are individually responsible for your confidentiality and security of your account, password, and registered information on Pluto App. For your protection and protection of other users, we strongly advise you not to share your Registered personal Information with anyone else.

    If you do share that information with anyone, Pluto will acknowledge the activities to have been authorized by you. If you have reasons and recognize that your Pluto account is no longer secure, please immediately contact us at tanya@hipluto.com.
  • 2. Specific Requirements for Services Offered
    Your use of service constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the following requirements and terms of use for certain of Pluto Services. Play Store. If you download and use Pluto application, you may be subject to certain App Store Terms, which you can see by clicking here.

  • b. Pluto Credits. This awesome feature allows you to earn Pluto Credits by submitting receipts on your credit repayment and/or your everyday spending transaction.
    i. Pluto Credits will be deposited into your account when your transactions have been validated.
    ii. Pluto Credits can be used within Pluto application. You have to fulfill our terms and conditions in order to obtain and use the rewards.

    iii. In order to use your Pluto Credits, you have to check if you have fulfilled these conditions:
    • Filled all Pluto Profile information
    • Subscribed to Pluto Application for its services
    iv. Pluto Credits will be rewarded as described in Pluto FAQ and Pluto Application.

    c. Receipts and Payment Documents Terms & Conditions
    i. Receipt images uploaded through Pluto Application must include the merchant’s name, all individual items purchased and its respective prices, total amount paid, receipt number, and transaction date. If Pluto considers any of the receipt information illegible, or if the receipt does not display all required information, you may not eligible to earn rewards through the receipt.

    ii. Receipt images has to be uploaded within the same day after in-store transaction, before 23.59.

    iii. Same receipt may not be uploaded more than once.

    iv. Repayment document (or proof) uploaded through Pluto Application must include the contract number, company’s brand, credit repayment type, total monthly payment, and reference number. If Pluto considers any of the repayment information illegible, or if the document does not display all required information, you may not eligible to earn rewards through the repayment document.

    v. Repayment document has to be uploaded within the first two weeks after paying the loan, before 23.59 of the post due date.

    vi. Same repayment document may not be uploaded more than once.

    vii. Pluto reserves the right to change Pluto Credits withdrawal options.

    viii. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 7 (seven) calendar days after each submission.

    ix. Pluto may take serious action if fraudulent activity is suspected and/or if receipts submission is not a direct result of your spending activity.

    x. A phone number can only be registered under one Pluto Account. If the bank account is found to be connected to more than one Pluto account, this shall be considered a suspicious activity and Pluto might conduct further investigations.

    d. Subscription
    Pluto will display the availability of Service options when you sign up and sign into Pluto account. Certain options are provided to you free-of-charge. The Pluto Service that does not require payment is currently referred to as the “Free Trial” Service. Other options require payment before you can access them (the “Paid Membership”). We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and promotional offerings at any time in accordance with these Terms.

    The Unlimited Service may not be available to all users. We will explain which services are available to you when you are signing up for the services. If you cancel your subscription to the Unlimited Service, or if your subscription to the Unlimited Service is interrupted (for example, if you do not pay for the membership), you may not be able to access for the Membership. Note that if the Membership may be discontinued in the future, in which case you will no longer be charged for the Service.
  • 3. Prohibited Actions. You agree not to:
    a. Use Pluto Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any national or international law;
    b. Violate rights of other parties including intellectual property rights;
    c. Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could consider to be objectionable, indecent, pornographic, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
    d. Interfere in any way possible with security-related features of Pluto Services;
    e. Interfere with operation or any user’s enjoyment of Pluto Services, including by uploading or otherwise spreading viruses, adware, spyware, or other malicious code, making unsolicited offers or advertisement to other users, or attempting to collect personal information about users without their consent;
    f. Perform any fraudulent activity, including impersonating any person or entity, claiming false affiliations, accessing the accounts of other users without permission, or falsifying your identity or any information about you, including age and date of birth; or
    g. Sell or transfer access granted herein.

    4. Services
    Pluto and its team have the right (but not the obligation) to pre-screen, refuse, remove, prevent, or restrict access to the Pluto Services.

    You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of Pluto services, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pluto from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and any expenses arising out or in any way connected with Pluto services.

    If in any case, you violate these terms, your permission and access to use Pluto Services will automatically terminate. In addition, Pluto in its sole discretion may suspend or terminate your user account and/or suspend or terminate all of your access to your Pluto Services at any time, with or without notice to you.

    You may also terminate your account by contacting our customer service at tanya@hipluto.com. After your account termination, information and content previously provided by you will no longer be accessible through your account, however, Pluto may continue to store such information and content.
